Automated FAQ Responses and AI Disclosure
Last updated: October 5, 2026
The PRYCITY release described here does not use a generative AI model to create website content or answer support questions. It does not transmit questions or account data to an AI provider.
The optional technical SEO audit is also deterministic software, not an AI agent. It fetches publicly available HTML from a website after DNS ownership verification, follows that website’s robots policy, and stores structured page signals and findings for review. It does not retain fetched HTML, send page content to an AI provider, or make changes to the website.
How public FAQ responses work
When an account owner enables public FAQ replies, the support widget compares a visitor’s question with the titles and text of that website’s active, published support FAQs. The application uses deterministic text matching and returns a matching FAQ when the match meets its built-in threshold. If it cannot find a sufficiently clear match, it returns a no-answer message and may show the configured contact options.
The visitor’s question is processed to perform that match but is not written to the PRYCITY application database. The website owner is responsible for the accuracy, permissions, and suitability of the FAQ answers they publish.
No generative output
PRYCITY does not generate marketing copy, make predictions, or provide professional advice through an AI system in this release. A reply shown by the widget is content written and published by the website owner, selected through text matching. It is not a human conversation or a guarantee that the information is complete or correct.
