Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Policy describes information handled by the PRYCITY service operated by Skypeaklimits. If you run or use an independently operated self-hosted installation, its operator determines how that installation handles information and is the contact for privacy requests.
1. Information handled
Depending on how you use PRYCITY, the application may store:
- Account name, email address, password hash, account status, organization membership, and role.
- Organization and website names, website addresses, DNS verification tokens and results, and timestamps.
- Website-specific knowledge entries, support FAQs, and support settings such as greetings, contact links, and WhatsApp numbers.
- Session records containing a one-way hash of the session token, account and organization identifiers, and expiry time.
- Administrator audit records, which can include the administrator’s email, action, target, timestamp, IP address, and browser user-agent.
- Customer- or administrator-requested job and schedule records, including job type, scheduling time, status, attempt count, result/error, and the limited job payload. BullMQ places queue metadata in the Redis instance configured by the operator. SEO audit results are stored in PostgreSQL and may include same-origin page URLs, page titles and descriptions, extracted technical signals, and findings. The crawler reads public HTML only from a DNS-verified website, follows its robots policy, and does not retain the fetched HTML.
The application does not store account passwords in plain text. It uses a password hash and stores only a hash of each session token in the database.
2. How information is used
The operator uses this information to provide sign-in, organization and website workspaces, domain-ownership checks, support settings, FAQ matching, administration, internal job scheduling, read-only SEO audits, security, and service communications. Website details, audit records, and knowledge entries are associated with the organization or website for which they were entered. Avoid placing secrets or personal data in job payloads.
The public support widget processes a visitor’s question to look for a matching published FAQ for that website. The question is not saved in the PRYCITY database and is not sent to an AI provider. The contact form sends the submitted name, email address, topic, and message by email when the operator has configured email delivery; the form does not save the submission in the PRYCITY database. The receiving mailbox and mail provider may retain that email.
3. Logs and service providers
The application uses operational request logs and rate limits. Administrator audit entries include the IP address and user-agent for administrator actions. PostgreSQL and the operator-configured Redis host process stored job/schedule data and worker heartbeat information. The hosting provider, database provider, Redis provider, email provider, reverse proxy, or other infrastructure selected by the operator may process connection data or keep its own logs under its own settings and retention rules.
The technical SEO crawler uses deterministic code, not a generative AI model. It does not send page content or audit findings to an AI provider. This release does not include analytics ingestion, advertising trackers, payment processing, external account integrations, or automated publishing. If the operator adds services outside this release, their data practices should be disclosed separately.
4. Cookies and storage
The sign-in session uses a first-party cookie to keep an account signed in. The interface may also use a first-party cookie to remember whether the navigation panel is expanded or collapsed. See the Cookie Policy for details. This release does not use the cookie interface to load analytics or advertising services.
5. Retention, access, and deletion
Account, organization, website, knowledge, and job/audit information remains in the installation’s database until the operator deletes it or applies its retention procedures. Queue metadata in Redis follows the operator’s Redis retention and eviction settings. Expired sign-in sessions may be removed during authentication activity. This release does not provide a self-service data-export or account-deletion control.
To request access, correction, or deletion, contact skypeaklimits@gmail.com for a service operated by Skypeaklimits. The operator will review the request under applicable law, account permissions, security needs, and any required retention obligations. For another self-hosted installation, contact its operator. Backups and infrastructure logs may follow separate retention cycles.
6. Security and children
The application includes password hashing, session protections, role checks, organization and website scoping, and rate limits. No online system is risk-free. For self-hosted installations, the operator is responsible for server security, TLS, database access, backups, updates, and infrastructure providers.
PRYCITY is intended for business and organizational use, not for children. Do not submit children’s personal information unless you have the authority and a lawful basis to do so.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when the service or its data practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
