Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the PRYCITY service operated by Skypeaklimits (“PRYCITY,” “we,” or “us”). They apply when you create an account or use that service. An independently operated self-hosted installation has its own operator; that operator is responsible for the terms and notices that apply to its installation.
1. The service
PRYCITY provides organization and website workspaces, account access, DNS TXT domain-ownership checks, website-specific knowledge entries, public support settings, FAQ responses, contact links, and an optional read-only technical SEO audit for verified websites. The public support feature matches visitor questions against FAQs published for the relevant website. It does not generate content with an AI model or send those questions to an AI provider.
This release does not include integrated payment processing, subscription billing, analytics ingestion, external provider connections, AI generation, or automated publishing. An optional Redis-backed worker can run internal system-check jobs and user-requested SEO audits when the operator configures Redis and keeps the worker process online. The SEO audit reads public pages, follows robots.txt, stores structured findings, and does not change website content or configuration. Its general diagnostics do not guarantee search rankings or business outcomes. Website ownership checks confirm the presence of the configured DNS TXT record; they do not assess the legality, quality, or performance of a website.
2. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in information confidential, and use an account only with authority to do so. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for assigning appropriate access to members of your organization. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
When adding a website, you confirm that you are authorized to manage its settings and publish its DNS verification record. You are responsible for the information, instructions, FAQ answers, contact details, and other content you enter or publish.
When starting or scheduling an SEO audit, you confirm that you are authorized to request automated reads of the verified website. The crawler is bounded and read-only, and it will not intentionally fetch pages disallowed by the website’s robots policy.
3. Acceptable use and content
Use PRYCITY lawfully and in a way that does not compromise its security, availability, or other users’ data. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use the service to violate another party’s rights. The Acceptable Use Policy provides further detail.
You retain rights in content you provide. You authorize the operator to store and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the applicable installation. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for your content and for any public FAQ or contact information you publish.
4. Fees and third-party services
The PRYCITY application in this release does not provide checkout, subscriptions, or payment processing. If a separate written offer or third-party service involves a charge, its disclosed terms govern that transaction.
PRYCITY may link visitors to email, contact pages, or WhatsApp destinations configured by a website owner. Those destinations are operated by other parties and are subject to their terms and privacy practices.
5. Availability, changes, and termination
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue the PRYCITY service to address security, operational, or product needs. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular business result. You may stop using the service. The operator may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or produce a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any limit on liability remains subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable law.
7. Governing rules and contact
Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on the operator, the user, and mandatory legal protections. These Terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
